Technology Program Manager

For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a Technology Program Manager to join their team. This role leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, collaborating across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for concurrent IT and AI initiatives
• Build and maintain project plans and timelines in project management software
• Proactively identify and escalate risks and scheduling conflicts
• Maintain and update a clear RACI matrix for accountability
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and track action items
• Develop dashboards and reports for program status and health
• Build metrics frameworks to track operational KPIs and program velocity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in a technology or IT environment
• PMP certification required or in progress
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs independently
• Experience with RACI matrices, project plans, and executive reporting
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira or Asana
• Experience with metrics reporting and data visualization using BI tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
