Technology and Program Technician

About the role

The Program and Technology Technician provides day-to-day technical support and systems management to ensure the smooth operation of agency technology, hardware, and software systems. They collaborate with the Technology and Program Manager to implement strategic initiatives, manage company system-wide technology updates, and support cross-departmental technology integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and systems management
• Collaborate with the Technology and Program Manager on strategic initiatives
• Manage company system-wide technology updates
• Support cross-departmental technology integration
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Five years related experience and/or training
• Corresponding years of experience may be considered as a substitute for the level of education desired

Starting Salary

Starting Salary will be commensurate with years of experience and/or advanced educational degree.
