Job Description
The responsibilities may include the following tasks, knowledge, skills and other characteristics. - Conduct Venom Dissection and Bee Weigh Out procedures with strict adherence to safety and accuracy requirements.
- Operate and maintain scales, balances, and manometers as needed.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures while performing all job functions.
- Perform dish and equipment cleaning.
- Follow all gowning and hygiene requirements.
- Proper use and sanitation of hoses and ports (including heat exchangers).
- Clean and maintain the Raw Materials area in accordance with cGMP and site cleanliness standards.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation in accordance with cGMP standards.
- Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the assembly and use of clarification equipment.
- Maintain and accurately complete entries in the LUMAC log to track equipment usage and activities.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- An Associate’s degree or college-level science coursework desired.
- One year of relevant experience in a GMP-regulated, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment required.
- Experience with venom or allergen processing, aseptic technique, and raw material handling preferred.
