We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. From posting: - About the Role: paragraph describing role. - Responsibilities: The role description includes many duties: revises or writes standardized material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, and related technical and administrative publications... etc. Also organizing material, completing writing assignment, maintaining records, selecting photographs, assisting in layout, arranging for typing, duplication, distribution, may assist in writing speeches, articles, releases, may specialize in writing material regarding work methods and procedures, will assist in development of Contract Data Requirements List, standard operating procedures, and policies. Other duties may be assigned. We can treat that as responsibilities list. - Requirements: Must Haves: Education: High School diploma or GED; Vocational training commensurate with Department of Labor functional description. Experience and Skills: At least three (3) years of experience performing technical writing duties; Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills; Experience with document management systems and version control. REQUIRED: US citizenship is required. Applicants must be able to obtain a security clearance. We can separate into Requirements (education, experience, citizenship, clearance) and Skills (proficiency, writing skills, doc management). But we can also combine. - Qualifications: maybe not separate; but we could treat Requirements as qualifications. - Skills: list of skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills; Experience with document management systems and version control. - Benefits: list: Flexible work schedules and remote/hybrid opportunities (depending on the role); Medical, dental, and vision insurance; Flexible spending account and health savings account options; Dependent care flexible spending account; Education reimbursement; Voluntary insurance such as: short-term disability, hospital indemnity, critical illness, and accident insurance; 100% company-paid life + AD&D and long-term disability insurance; Generous paid time off policy; 11 paid holidays; 401(k) retirement plan with matching contributions; Employee assistance program. - Pay: The current hourly rate is $26.76 and is non-negotiable. - Schedule: Not explicitly given besides flexible work schedules and remote/hybrid opportunities. That's more benefit. No explicit schedule like full-time, part-time, shift. So we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does not state schedule specifics, so omit Schedule. - Also we should not repeat job title as heading. The page already shows it. - Remove boilerplate: Equal Opportunity Statement, E-Verify Statement, etc. - Also remove duplicated lines: "Sierra Management and Technologies, Inc." appears twice at start; we can keep one maybe in a short paragraph about organization? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." The organization description is substantive? It's about the organization. Should we keep? The instruction says we should reformat a job posting into clean HTML. Likely we should keep the organization description as a paragraph maybe under a heading? But there is no heading for organization; we could just include a

about the organization before About the role. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should follow that pattern. Could include a

for organization description. We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So remove Equal Opportunity Statement and E-Verify Statement. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So keep all details. Thus final HTML:

We should not include Schedule section. Check for any duplicated content: We have About the role paragraph includes some responsibilities; we also have Responsibilities list. That's okay; we are not repeating exactly same sentences but we have overlapping content. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It didn't forbid overlap. However we might consider moving the detailed duties to Responsibilities and keep About the role as a brief summary. But the About the role paragraph currently is quite detailed; we could keep it as is and not duplicate. But we already duplicated many points. To avoid duplication, we could keep About the role as a short summary (maybe one or two sentences) and put the detailed list in Responsibilities. However the instruction says preserve all substantive information; we can still preserve by moving details to Responsibilities and keep About the role as a brief overview. That would avoid duplication but still preserve all info. Let's do that. Thus rewrite About the role as a concise summary: "Revises or writes standardized material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, and related technical and administrative publications concerned with work methods and procedures, and installation, operation, and maintenance of machinery and other equipment. Receives technical direction from a supervisor or senior writer, uses notes/manuals containing operating procedures and manufacturer catalogs, drawings, and other data. May access blueprints, sketches, drawings, parts lists, specifications, mockups, and product samples to integrate technology, operating procedure, and production sequence. Organizes material per standards, maintains records, selects illustrations, assists in layout and distribution, may help write speeches/articles/releases, and assists in developing Contract Data Requirements List, SOPs, and policies. This is an SCA position." That captures the essence. Now Responsibilities list will be detailed bullet list. Check that we haven't lost any detail: The original About the role paragraph includes many details: revises/writes standardized material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, and related technical and administrative publications concerned with work methods and procedures, and installation, operation, and maintenance of machinery and other equipment. This worker receives technical direction from a supervisor or senior writer, notes or manuals containing operating procedures, and details from the manufacturer's catalogs, drawings, and other data related to the operation, maintenance, and service of equipment. This writer may have access to blueprints, sketches, drawings, parts lists, specifications, mockups, and product samples to integrate and delineate technology, operating procedure, and production sequence and detail. Organizes material and completes writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology, may maintain records and files of work and revisions, select photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate material, assist in laying out material for publication arrange for typing, duplication and distribution of material; may assist in writing speeches, articles, and public or employee relations releases, and may specialize in writing material regarding work methods and procedures. Will assist in the development of Contract Data Requirements List, standard operating procedures, and polices. Other duties may be assigned in support of contractual requirements. This position is a McNamara‑O’Hara Service Contract Act (SCA) position. Our summary includes most of that but we omitted "may maintain records and files of work and revisions" (we have maintains records), "select photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate material" (we have selects illustrations), "assist in laying out material for publication arrange for typing, duplication and distribution of material" (we have assists in layout and distribution), "may assist in
