Technical Writer/ Editor

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and compare multiple AI-generated responses to specific writing prompts, focusing on clarity, tone, helpfulness, and adherence to instructions
• Provide comprehensive rationales and scoring, justifying assessments with clear, concise feedback
• Identify opportunities to enhance the overall quality and instructional value of language model outputs
• Apply expert judgment to assess subtle differences in writing quality and effectiveness
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail when reviewing content and documenting findings
• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and reviewers to ensure consistency and completeness of deliverables
• Contribute to the project by leveraging your advanced command of written English and critical analysis skills

Qualifications

• Native-level English fluency and exceptional written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in technical writing, editing, or content evaluation
• Strong ability to judge clarity, tone, coherence, and usefulness in technical and instructional content
• Familiarity with digital platforms for content review, annotation, or evaluation
• Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness in analysis and documentation
• Proven capacity to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively in virtual settings
• Experience with AI systems or model evaluation practices considered a plus, but not required

Pay

$90 - $140/hr
