Technical Writer

About the role

Develops, writes, and supports technical staff in the preparation of a wide variety of technical documentation, including requirements analysis, design, manuals, fielding documents, and network security documents. Assists in the preparation of documents and supports the development of contract deliverables and reports.

Responsibilities

• Develops, writes, and supports technical staff in the preparation of a wide variety of technical documentation, including requirements analysis, design, manuals, fielding documents, and network security documents.
• Assists in the preparation of documents and supports the development of contract deliverables and reports.
• Manages several different tasks from several different requestors at one time.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• A minimum of two years experience in developing technical documentation
• At a minimum, one year of specialized experience using commercial programs
