Responsibilities

• Create content using the Adobe Creative Cloud (ACC) and other authoring tools to produce deliverables in various print and online formats, including Microsoft Office and PDF; adhere to version control policies.
• Write, update, illustrate, and edit customer manuals and technical documentation (e.g., BOMs, installation guidelines, equipment set‑up procedures).
• Manage translation of User Manuals and Operations Guides.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts requiring strong communication, organization, and detail (60%).
