About the role
Assist in the implementation of emergent Intelligence Community (IC) Strike and Targeting training capabilities. Contribute to the development of next-generation IC Strike and Targeting experts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and revise Department of Defense (DoD) and Joint training publications and legacy curriculum.
- Collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders, technical experts, and operational colleagues to integrate training initiatives.
- Create advanced, hands-on training materials for motivated learners focused on skill enhancement.
- Utilize operational expertise to foster a team environment of learning, progress, and excellence.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Intelligence Strike or Targeting support.
- 3+ years of experience in curriculum development, including planning, coordinating, implementing, revising, converting, and maintaining courseware.
- 3+ years of experience developing performance-based technical training using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
- 1+ years of experience on an afloat tour as an Intelligence Specialist (IS) for the Navy or Information Warfare Officer Designator is a plus.
- Experience with Distributed Common Ground System-Navy (DCGS-N).
- Experience using Content Planning Module (CPM), Learning Object Module (LOM), MOODLE, or DOD LMS to manage training content.
- TS/SCI clearance required.
- HS diploma or GED required.
