Responsibilities

• Develop clear, user-focused content and maintain knowledge bases
• Structure and maintain documentation aligned with project requirements
• Design and administer Atlassian Confluence spaces, managing page hierarchies, templates, and macros
• Utilize Jira to track tasks, document development progress, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
• Partner with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to create accurate guides and process documentation
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible and reusable content for improved organizational clarity

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Atlassian Confluence and Jira
• Proven experience in technical writing for complex technical programs
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts effectively
• Meticulous attention to detail in content creation and documentation
• Ability to translate technical information into user-friendly materials
• An active secret clearance is required
