✍️ Hiring: Technical Writer – AI Enablement & Governance ✍️ We are looking for a meticulous, process-driven Technical Writer for a role focused on enterprise AI enablement! In this role, you will build foundational knowledge bases, map complex workflows, and document AI policies and playbooks for a leading financial services client. Role Details:Location: Remote (Austin or Dallas, TX preferred)Start Date: August 31, 2026Pay Rate: $40.52 – $50.00 / hour (W2) What You’ll Do:Design, organize, and maintain AI knowledge platforms in SharePoint and Confluence.Author comprehensive process guides, playbooks, FAQs, decision trees, and operating procedures for both technical and non-technical teams.Build clear visual process maps, workflow diagrams, and swimlanes using tools like Visio or PowerPoint to illustrate handoffs and governance paths.Interview cross-functional SMEs (Data, Tech, Legal, Risk, Compliance) to synthesize technical requirements into clear, standard documentation. Must-Have Qualifications:3–5 years of experience in technical writing, IT documentation, process mapping, or knowledge management.Proven proficiency creating and structuring content in Confluence and SharePoint.Strong visual documentation skills (process flows, swimlanes) using tools like Visio or PowerPoint.Exceptional interviewing, writing, synthesis, and editing skills.
