About the role

Deliver technical training to dealership service personnel for Honda and Acura vehicles, promoting Lifetime Owner Loyalty. Maintain training facilities, equipment, and vehicles to high standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, standards, and regulations. Analyze training needs across districts and dealerships, providing recommendations and developing training modules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical training through designated centers and in-dealer sessions
• Ensure certification requirements are met
• Manage facility and equipment maintenance
• Support the development of training content
• Maintain professionalism and provide expert advice on automotive technical education

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Industrial, Business, or Education preferred
• AA in relevant fields advantageous
• 3-5 years of automotive technical experience
• Prior teaching or training background
