Responsibilities
This position starts with an extensive hands-on training program as a Recruiter Trainee, where you will work with an Onboarding Coach to learn recruiting fundamentals. Upon successful completion, you will transition into a Recruiter role with the following responsibilities:
- Recruit top IT consultants and serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting cycle, creating a world-class experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants by providing career coaching on market trends, labor rates, resume creation, interviewing techniques, and emerging skills.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using various tools and technologies, including in-house AI tools, to identify the best talent for customer requirements.
- Use AI-generated insights to make data-driven decisions throughout the recruitment process.
- Leverage market expertise to advise account managers and clients on skill-set availability, labor rates, hiring location decisions, and timelines for identifying and onboarding talent.
- Negotiate unique compensation packages (wages, benefits, etc.) to attract and hire candidates for clients’ needs.
- Demonstrate specialized knowledge within aligned skill, industry, or role specializations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree OR Military experience OR Associate’s Degree and at least 3 years of full-time professional experience OR 4 years of full-time professional experience in a customer-facing role.
- Enthusiasm for networking and building strong relationships while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Ability to work in a team environment and relate comfortably with diverse groups of people.
- Desire for a career in a commission-driven, performance-based environment with the ability to quickly identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to seek out others’ perspectives by asking good questions.
- Eagerness to learn and experiment to find the best possible solutions.
Pay
Base salary: $45,000 + cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) where applicable + weekly commission + performance-based bonuses (quarterly and annually) + cell phone allowance.
13-week training compensation: $16.50 per hour (eligible for overtime) + COLA where applicable.
