About the role
We are looking for a contract Technical Recruiter to support Commure's Engineering team for a 6-month engagement.
Responsibilities
- Identify creative ways to activate and engage passive Talent
- Apply expertise to meet hiring targets and develop unique full-cycle hiring strategies
- Partner with engineering hiring managers to build structured interview plans that assess the right technical and functional competencies
- Manage a pipeline of requisitions, balancing speed and quality to meet hiring goals
- Create and implement sourcing strategies and workflows to build robust and diverse candidate pipelines
- Maintain data hygiene through Ashby to ensure accuracy of our Talent datasets
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical/engineering roles
- Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment for software engineering talent
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle both high-volume and targeted recruiting while maintaining quality
- Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to work independently
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days in our Mountain View or San Francisco, CA office
