Technical Recruiter
About the role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with a passion for AI and software engineering to join our People & Culture team. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, negotiating with and closing top-tier technical talent across our AI engineering, platform, data science, and product teams. You will partner closely with company leaders and hiring managers to grow the teams that are shaping the future of enterprise AI.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams across multiple organizations within the company to define headcount, role requirements, candidate profiles and hiring strategies for technical and non-technical positions
- Work with candidates through initial qualifying, interviews, offer negotiations and closing across roles ranging from early career through leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, keeping them updated on job market and industry trends
- Prioritize sourcing team to make sure pipeline requisitions and niche positions have adequate coverage
- Maintain and update all relevant job and candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System
- Manage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring a process that reflects our BRAVER values (Bold, Rigorous, Adaptable, Valued, Earnest, Relentless)
- Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health) and use data to continuously improve hiring outcomes
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives that position Future Secure AI as a destination for world-class AI and platform talent
- Stay current on AI/ML talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a technical recruiter role in the software and/or AI industry
- Experience with talent identification and evaluation, offer negotiations and hiring team relationship building and management
- Prior experience with complex offer negotiations (including equity) in pre-IPO companies
- Ability to manage a diverse req load across multiple teams, organizations and locations
- Strong understanding of the AI/ML technology landscape including LLMs, multi-agent systems, RAG architectures, and cloud-native platforms
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and modern recruiting tools
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — comfortable partnering with senior engineering leaders and co-founders
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into actionable insights
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience recruiting for roles involving multi-agent systems, LLM integration, or enterprise AI platforms
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS
- Exposure to or interest in cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in AI contexts
- Experience in a globally distributed or multi-market organization
