What You Will Play
- Serve as the onsite representative of Sterling Engineering at a key client facility
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and proactively source qualified candidates for both light industrial and technical roles
- Own the full cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, and coordinating hiring logistics
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience and ensure compliance with both Sterling and client procedures
- Act as the primary point of contact for Sterling contractors at the site, offering support with performance, attendance, and workplace concerns
- Manage contractor engagement and retention while resolving any issues with professionalism and urgency
- Care for the day-to-day operations of the account, including coordination with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting and account management experience, preferably in a staffing or talent acquisition environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience filling light industrial and technical positions is highly preferred
- Able to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced, client-facing role
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- High proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
