Basic Qualifications
- Must hold a Top Secret clearance prior to start.
- Experience performing technical manuals validations and/or verifications.
- Experience interfacing with operational and maintenance personnel in dynamic operational work environments.
- Experience interpreting complex tech drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, or specifications.
- Experience in new production, development, and/or test aerospace programs.
Job Description
You will be the Technical Publications Writer - Level 4 for the Technical Publications Team which is responsible for authoring maintenance instructions and developing practices to support delivery of complex aircraft configurations.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Technical Publications Writer - Level 4 you will be responsible for translating engineering data into clear, compliant maintenance documentation and ensuring content meets safety and performance standards.
- Develop and deliver technically accurate maintenance documentation both independently and as part of a team.
- Verify and certify publication content to ensure corrective measures are met and compliance requirements are satisfied.
- Communicate with engineering and customer representatives to fulfill program requirements.
- Utilize engineering technical data to create precise aircraft maintenance instructions.
- Collaborate with multiple engineering and customer support representatives to analyze project requirements.

- Familiarity with S1000D International Specification for Technical Publications and interactive electronic publications)
- Experience evaluating technical order changes
- Understanding of aircraft inspection requirements
- Posses the ability to work as liaison with internal and external customers
- Hands on experience with preforming Maintenance on complex aircraft.
