Technical Project Coordinator I

About the role

Join a dynamic team as a Technical Project Coordinator, supporting critical logistics and field service operations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with dispatch, warehouse solutions, and the PMO to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. Based in Plano, Texas, the position requires on-site presence four days a week, with flexible scheduling options.

The role involves bridging communication between field teams and management, and contributing to impactful projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of technical logistics or field service experience
• Experience with field tech dispatch and customer communication
• Familiarity with project management or supporting PMO functions
• Ability to pivot between multiple systems seamlessly
• Strong communication skills for customer and internal communications
• Experience assisting with international operations is a plus
• Technical experience supporting installation processes

Nice to Have Skills

• Prior experience in field tech dispatch management
• Background in developing training materials and documents
• Prior involvement with international or global projects
• Experience working closely with warehouse solutions or logistics software

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant technical or project coordination experience

Other Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours within first shift (7-4, 8-5, or 9-6)
• Must be able to work on-site in Plano, Texas, four days a week
• Willingness to support project activities until the end of the year, with potential for permanent placement
