About the role
Join a dynamic team as a Technical Project Coordinator I, supporting field service activities for a leading telecommunications provider. In this virtual role, you will be the key operational liaison responsible for coordinating and managing day-of-service activities, ensuring timely and efficient installations, upgrades, and professional services.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage day-of-service activities
- Ensure timely and efficient installations, upgrades, and professional services
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Manage materials procurement and logistics
- Efficiently manage materials procurement and logistics
- Provide excellent organizational and time management skills
- Communicate and coordinate effectively
- Manage project management tools such as Meraki, Equitrac, or similar platforms
- Have basic technical knowledge of installation and service procedures
- Show strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

- Basic technical knowledge of installation and service procedures
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules
- Prior experience in telecommunications or field service coordination
- Knowledge of permitting, procurement, or logistical management
- Familiarity with customer service and stakeholder communication
- Experience with customer portals and reporting systems
- Certification in project management or related areas
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, field operations, or similar roles
- Previous remote work experience is advantageous
