Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional program execution across display silicon, uLED, test engineering, packaging, and sourcing teams
- Translate high-level vendor milestones into detailed project schedules with clear owners, dependencies, and timelines
- Cook up recurring program reviews and technical meetings to ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders
- Manage relationships with external foundries and silicon vendors, ensuring execution against committed deliverables
- Maintain program trackers, status reports, and executive-level updates for leadership visibility
- Identify program risks across technical execution, vendor delivery, and schedules, and drive mitigation plans
- Facilitate clear communication between company teams and external partners to ensure alignment on priorities and decisions
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in technical program management or project management within hardware or semiconductor environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience coordinating execution across multiple engineering teams (e.g., silicon, hardware, test, packaging)
- Experience working with external vendors, foundries, or contract manufacturers
- Understanding of hardware development lifecycle (prototype, qualification, mass production)
- Strong project planning, scheduling, and dependency management skills
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting program status and risks to stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Skills
- Experience supporting semiconductor programs involving foundries, OSATs, or silicon vendors
- Familiarity with display silicon, uLED, or electro-optical technologies
- Experience managing programs with multiple global vendors across time zones
- Proficiency with program tracking tools such as Jira or Smartsheet
- Experience translating engineering risks and status into executive-level briefings
- Experience supporting consumer device programs from prototype through mass production
