Join Millennium Print Group as a Technical Program Manager! We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our team in Raleigh, NC. Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing capital projects, facility expansions, automation initiatives, and technical programs from concept through operational startup.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, milestones, governance processes, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Automation, Maintenance, Quality, IT, Supply Chain, and external vendors.
- Oversee equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT activities, and production readiness.
- Monitor project risks, budgets, timelines, and performance while driving successful project execution.
- Partner with executive leadership to deliver strategic manufacturing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Develop project dashboards, KPIs, and reports that support informed business decisions and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience leading manufacturing capital projects, engineering programs, automation initiatives, or technical projects.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risk management, governance, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or related certifications are preferred.
