About the role
The Program Manager is a key member of management responsible for overseeing quality care and operational functions within a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Complete documentation such as incident reports, medication records, and behavior logs.
- Coordinate client appointments and activities.
- Supervise staff, manage schedules, monitor employee hours and performance, and enforce policies and procedures.
- Handle facility maintenance requests.
- Participate in staff training and orientation.
- Conduct regular safety drills and inspections.
- Communicate with legal guardians, case managers, and healthcare providers regarding client care and incidents.
Qualifications
- Prior management experience in healthcare.
- A valid driver’s license.
- The ability to pass background checks.
