About the role
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of various community programs aimed at enhancing social and educational outcomes for residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive program plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee program budgets and ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to programs.
- Monitor program progress and report findings to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Public Administration).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse communities and populations.
- Knowledge of community development and social services.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
