Program Manager

About the role

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of various community programs aimed at enhancing social and educational outcomes for residents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive program plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee program budgets and ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to programs.
• Monitor program progress and report findings to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Public Administration).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
