Desktop Support Analyst (Contract) position in Greenville, SC. This is a 3‑month contract with extension likely, fully onsite. Responsibilities
- Image, configure, and deploy devices using Microsoft Intune or similar tools.
- Provide support for Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Office applications.
- Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and other end‑user hardware.
- Resolve Service Desk tickets and deliver excellent customer support.
Requirements
- Desktop Support, Help Desk, or Service Desk experience.
- Experience with endpoint imaging and device provisioning.
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems is a plus.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
Schedule
Monday‑Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. No on‑call responsibilities.
