About the role
We are seeking a Technical Analyst II to play a strategic and critical role within Lennar’s IT organization. This position focuses on the creation and implementation of standards and processes to ensure quality and efficiency in technical documentation, technical testing, release management, and systems support. Top candidates will bring strengths in process creation/optimization, governance, strategic planning, and organization, helping to implement best practices and lead standard processes within agile project teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison and guide the business and development teams toward project execution and resolution.
- Develop technical documentation, including process flows, specifications, development tasks, and execution plans/timelines (tasks, resources, timeline).
- Foster a collaborative team environment and contribute to team culture in a fast-paced setting.
- Maintain a detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior analysts.
- Monitor user security access and confirm correct provisioning.
- Engage and establish cooperative working relationships with associates across various lines of business.
- Adapt thinking based on new perspectives or changes in the operating environment to avoid missed revenue opportunities.
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner through critical thinking, information gathering, and alternative solution development.
- Develop and foster an inclusive team culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis and Support or a comparable role within a technology organization.
- Advanced proficiency in financial tools and software for technical analysis, support, and auditing (Metaviewer, ERP-JDE, Microsoft Office, ServiceNow).
- Experience and knowledge with AP Automation platform (Metaviewer).
- Experience and knowledge of financial and purchasing applications (JDE ERP application).
- Moderate experience/knowledge of integrations between Metaviewer and other applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements
This is primarily a sedentary office position requiring the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
