About the role

Join Client’s Digital team as an entry to mid-level Technical Analyst, supporting innovative web, mobile chat, and voice solutions tailored to meet members' evolving financial needs. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, solution architects, developers, and testers to define technical system requirements, enhance existing functionalities, and develop new capabilities. Leverage API integrations, perform system testing, and create comprehensive documentation to ensure seamless delivery of enterprise solutions. Thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment managing multiple priorities while demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define technical system requirements
• Enhance existing functionalities and develop new capabilities
• Leverage API integrations
• Perform system testing
• Create comprehensive documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

Requirements

• 2 to 7 years of relevant IT experience, including technical analysis and API integration
• Proficiency in SQL querying and API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI
• Knowledge of services-oriented architecture (microservices), XML, JSON, and multi-tier applications
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience capturing technical requirements for systems and applications
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Relevant certifications or experience in financial services industry is a plus
• Experience in native mobile app development is a plus
