Responsibilities
- Craft and execute strategies to drive customers' adoption and use of AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS databases, Lambda, SageMaker, ECS/EKS, GuardDuty, Systems Manager, Bedrock and more.
- Represent AWS within a customer’s environment and drive discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, support and risk management.
- Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices, and proactively keep customers’ AWS environments operationally healthy.
- Understand customers’ business/operational needs and technical challenges, and help them achieve the greatest value from AWS.
- Travel 10% or more as needed to support customers.
Requirements
This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or CASP+ (CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner) or CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional) or Cloud+ or CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional)
- Understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework pillars and ability to properly apply them to existing or new customer architecture, implementations, and/or solutions
- Professional oral and written communication skills, presenting to an audience containing one or more executive team member(s)
- Experience applying technical or operational expertise to identify, balance trade-offs, and solve difficult challenges

Base salary range for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
