Technical Account Manager, National Security - ES US-ADC
About the role

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will help craft and execute strategies to drive our customers' adoption and use of AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS databases, Lambda, SageMaker, ECS/EKS, GuardDuty, Systems Manager, CodePipeline, IoT, and many more.
Responsibilities
- Help plan and build solutions using best practices
- Proactively keep your customers’ AWS environments operationally healthy
- Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance
- Represent AWS within a customer’s environment, and drive discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, support and risk management
- Understand and address customers’ business/operational needs and technical challenges

Requirements
- Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or 2+ years of technical work experience
- 2+ years of technical engineering experience
- Experience informational technology operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of communicating with and presenting to executive and senior audiences experience
- Experience with development in a distributed systems environment
- Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment
- Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings
- Experience recognizing a challenge and working with a variety of teams and data sources to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions
Skills
- Understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework pillars and ability to properly apply them to existing or new customer architecture, implementations, and/or solutions

Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
- MD, Jessup - 131,300.00 - 177,600.00 USD annually
