Tech Project Manager

About the role

Pure tech project manager with strong understanding of underlying work and problems, skilled in change management. Must have experience with JIRA and Confluence for tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the delivery of defined deliverables and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for assigned deliverables.
• Cook off and lead routines to support delivery, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
• Ensure execution and delivery meet client expectations regarding functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
• Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion.
• Gather and provide status updates on delivery, risks, issues, and schedules to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards and are aligned with sponsor requirements.
• Support resource planning for delivery and execution.
• Enact change and continuous improvement by leading teams through release planning and readiness.
• Develop and document standards while maintaining project communications.
