Job Duties

• Leadership of the Texas Correctional Industries Marketing team
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans
• Oversee and coordinate marketing campaigns (digital, print, in-person events)
• Coordinate creation of marketing materials and content (digital and print)
• Collaborate with product teams on market strategies
• Organize promotional events
• Customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of Education (USDE)
• Three years full-time, wage-earning public administration or program administration experience
• Three years full-time, wage-earning experience in the supervision of employees
• Three years full-time, wage-earning production or manufacturing operations or wage earning retail sales or marketing experience

Preferred Skills

• Prioritizes creating strong teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service
• 15+ years of sales or marketing experience
• Team collaboration to reach a common goal

Additional Information

• Travel: 25% – Position may spend 15 nights away per month
• Longevity position
