Divisional Marketing Manager

About the role

Aba is a Mediterranean restaurant with California influence, located in Chicago's Fulton Market neighborhood. As part of the Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants family—which includes brands like Antico Posto, Beatrix, Ema, and L.woods—this role involves leading social media marketing efforts across multiple restaurant brands to drive revenue and brand growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the divisional marketing team to achieve restaurants’ revenue goals and brand growth.
• Develop, execute, and post social media content (text, photos, and video) across platforms, and maintain a social media calendar for assigned brands and locations.
• Work with graphic design teams on project briefs for digital and print marketing materials.
• Monitor and respond to guest comments, reviews, and messages in a timely manner.
• Write copy individually and in collaboration with the divisional marketing team.
• Engage with media and local partners to share restaurant happenings, assist with reservations, and build community relationships.
• Support the execution of paid social campaigns and contribute to marketing performance analysis.
• Assist the Director of Marketing in monitoring, training, and coaching marketing team members.
• Model and promote teamwork across all teams.
• Use tact and good judgment when handling challenges with guests, vendors, and employees.
• Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights, and weekends) at multiple sites, with occasional overnight travel.
• Move and lift up to 10 pounds frequently, up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• 3 years of marketing experience, with a focus on social media marketing and overseeing multiple brands.

Pay

USD $70,000.00 – USD $80,000.00 per year.
