Responsibilities

• Plan and execute go‑to‑market strategies for campaigns aimed at accounting and bookkeeping partners.
• Manage campaign execution from initial brief through to final results, including creative briefs, resource allocation, and project planning.
• Focus on mid‑funnel partner activation, event promotions, and process improvements.
• Drive measurable outcomes in partner event registrations, attendance, and lead quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including events, sales, and global marketing.
• Utilize and optimize marketing tools such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and Google Workspace.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, marketing communications, business operations, or project management, with a focus on event promotions.
• Proven ability to organize competing priorities and manage details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Experience collaborating effectively within a matrixed organization and with external agency partners.
• A strong sense of ownership in taking go‑to‑market plans through to delivery.
• An experimentation mindset with a drive to test, learn, and optimize campaigns across various channels.
• Comfort with Salesforce, marketing automation, and Google Workspace, along with excellent communication skills.

Pay

Competitive annual salary range of $92,400 – $138,600 USD, with eligibility for an annual bonus, equity programs, and potential performance‑based incentives.
