Job Summary
Drive business growth and achieve sales targets by effectively leading and managing the divisional sales team.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, staff, lead, and control to ensure smooth operations.
- Set clear, measurable individual sales targets for team members and ensure alignment with overall objectives.
- Monitor sales performance regularly and report results to senior management as required.
- Supervise and guide the sales team’s day-to-day activities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Motivate, mentor, and develop team members through regular coaching, performance feedback, and product knowledge training.
- Plan and oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of new sales representatives.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and approve expenditures within the division.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Identify emerging market trends and explore new opportunities to expand sales and market presence.
Requirements
- Experience: 6+ years
- Education: Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing
