Sales Manager

About The Role

We are seeking a driven In-Home Sales Manager to lead a growing sales team while actively closing deals in the field. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will sell alongside your team, coach in real time, and help drive daily performance. All appointments are pre-set and pre-qualified, allowing you to focus on selling and leadership—not prospecting. No cold calling. No door knocking.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach a team of in-home sales representatives
• Run approximately 5 in-home appointments per week
• Support and close high-value sales opportunities
• Improve team performance through real-time coaching
• Track results and help drive daily accountability
• Partner with internal teams to maximize conversions

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of in-home or high-ticket sales experience (home improvement, solar, roofing, windows, HVAC, etc.)
• Proven closer with leadership potential
• Strong communication and coaching ability
• Competitive, self-driven mindset
• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment

Compensation

$200,000–$300,000+ On-Target Earnings (Base Pay + Commission + Leadership Overrides)
