Division Marketing Manager
About the role
Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and maintaining chemical revenues and margins.
Responsibilities
- Travel within the division to routinely educate crop consultants, growers and other key territory stakeholders.
- Anticipate future marketing events and provide marketing and pricing direction.
- Implement and supervise corporate chemical marketing plan within the division.
- Develop and implement a market-based approach to retain and grow chemical revenues and margins to maximize company profitability.
- Prepare an annual strategic plan outlining support strategy, product positioning and tactics to help increase sales growth opportunities.
- Help with forecasting annual sales targets with plant nutrition shelf per product for the division.
- Collaborate with technical resources and key sales stakeholders to build product confidence by leveraging Loveland nutritional product trials, field days and field demonstrations.
- Achieve the division annual sales goals through various sales tactics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or similar work experience.
- Strong Agronomic background preferred.
- 5+ years of related experience, with 5+ years of this experience must have been in a leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Familiarity with grain and farm supply industry regulations and policies.
