Tax Manager (Generalist)

About the role

This role offers the opportunity to lead engagements, mentor staff, and deliver innovative tax planning and compliance solutions for diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare complex business and individual tax returns
• Manage client relationships and deliver tax consulting and projections
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff
• Oversee tax preparation and research projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s in Taxation preferred)
• CPA license required
• 4–7 years of public accounting experience, including 1+ year in supervision
• Strong Excel skills; experience with tax workflow software a plus
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
