About the role

SSC CPAs + Advisors is seeking an experienced Tax & Advisory Services Consultant to join their growing firm. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor for various clients across industries, leading planning, research, compliance, and tax strategy development while building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review corporate, partnership, trust, and individual tax returns
• Identify tax planning opportunities and provide strategic advisory insights
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver value beyond compliance
• Contribute to business development and client relationship growth

Requirements

• Licensed CPA
• 5+ years of experience preparing a variety of tax returns (corporate, partnership, trust, and individual)
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Passion for community involvement and client service expansion
