About the Role

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen member relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate credit union products and services
• Work closely with Deposit and Lending Services, the Call Center, Marketing, and Business Development to support member growth and engagement
• Actively promote UECU products and services
• Conduct member outreach activities
• Support strategic sales initiatives
• Effectively manage inquiries received through phone, email, online channels, and in-person interactions
• Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Support UECU's Vision, Purpose, and Values

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three years of customer service experience involving face-to-face and/or telephone interactions
• Familiarity with credit unions or the financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to exceptional member service
• Strong sales aptitude
• Attention to detail
• Ability to build lasting member relationships
