Tax Accountant - Retail

We are seeking a TurboTax Retail Expert to provide in-person tax services at retail locations across the country. Key Responsibilities Include Serving as a community ambassador, promoting TurboTax locally, engaging prospects, and building long-term client relationships.Providing expert tax advice and preparation for a variety of tax situations, including personal and business returns, deductions, and future planning.Delivering exceptional customer experiences through professionalism, personalized service, and addressing client needs both in person and via video communication. Qualifications And Skills Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience.Proficiency with professional tax software and familiarity with Circular 230 regulations.Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and customer service excellence.Comfortable working onsite in a retail environment, with bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus. This role involves building community presence, creating accessible tax content, and working independently in a fast-paced setting.
