Tax Accountant - Retail

We are seeking dedicated Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations, providing personalized tax advice, preparation, and support to in-person customers. In this role, you will offer comprehensive tax services, including handling complex tax situations, identifying deductions, and maximizing refunds, while building strong relationships within the community. Key responsibilities include serving as a community ambassador to promote TurboTax services, engaging prospects, and supporting local marketing effortsdelivering exceptional customer experiences through professionalism, empathy, and personalized guidanceutilizing your tax expertise to assist clients with tax planning and compliancecontributing to the growth of the client base and fostering long-term loyalty Qualifications include an active EA, CPA, or attorney license, experience preparing 30+ federal and state tax returns, and comfort working onsite. Ideal attributes are strong communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, customer-centric attitude, and proficiency with tax software.
