Tax Accountant - Retail

We are seeking motivated Tax Experts to serve as retail advisors at our on-site locations, providing personalized tax preparation, advice, and support. In this role, you will assist customers with diverse tax situations, including deductions, amendments, and tax planning, using TurboTax software. You will build long-term relationships through exceptional service, addressing client needs and fostering loyalty. Key responsibilities include representing TurboTax in the community, engaging prospects, and supporting local marketing efforts. You will also create an accessible and approachable tax environment by leveraging your expertise and communication skills. Qualifications include an active EA, CPA, or attorney license, a minimum of 3 years of tax preparation experience filing at least 30 federal and state returns annually, and familiarity with professional tax software. Strong customer service, tech proficiency, and the ability to work onsite are essential. Bilingual skills and a passion for community engagement are a plus.
