Tax Accountant - Retail

We are seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to provide in-person tax services at retail and flagship locations across the U.S. Responsibilities Include Serving as a trusted advisor by offering full-service tax preparation, advice, calculations, and software support for various tax situations, including personal and business income.Building long-term relationships with customers and growing the local client base through community engagement and proactive outreach.Creating an exceptional customer experience by understanding clients' financial goals and addressing tax challenges with professionalism and empathy.Participating in local marketing efforts, representing TurboTax as a community ambassador, and developing accessible tax content. Qualifications And Skills Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal and state returns.Ability to work onsite, with flexibility for hours, including weekends.Strong knowledge of tax law, familiarity with Circular 230, and proficiency with professional tax software.Excellent communication, customer service, and community engagement skills.Self-driven, entrepreneurial attitude with a passion for empowering clients and building community presence.Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) and experience in holistic tax advisory are a plus. Additional details: Must reside in the U.S., obtain necessary licenses, and be comfortable working in a retail environment.
