Tax Accountant - Retail

We are seeking dedicated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance at our TurboTax locations. Responsibilities Include Offering full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support for diverse tax situations.Building long-term relationships with community members, attracting new clients, and promoting customer loyalty.Engaging in local marketing efforts, representing TurboTax as a community ambassador.Creating exceptional customer experiences through professionalism, personalized guidance, and addressing tax challenges.Utilizing tax knowledge, government resources, and software tools to deliver accurate solutions. Qualifications And Skills Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience.Experience filing numerous federal and state tax returns using professional software.Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and customer service aptitude.Willingness to work onsite, wear a uniform, and engage with the community.Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) and familiarity with holistic tax advisory are a plus.
