Summary of Job Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution.
  • Cook up project activities and deliverables to meet established objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage multiple IT projects and assignments simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities and consistent follow-through.
  • Document project requirements, assignments, progress, decisions, and next steps accurately and consistently.
  • Provide clear, timely project status updates to Senior Leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and maintain alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders to ensure collaboration and support for project goals.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve objectives and deliver high-quality results.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members while proactively resolving obstacles and conflicts.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop appropriate mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, taking corrective action when necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards, requirements, and compliance expectations.
  • Conduct regular reviews of project activities, documentation, and outcomes to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.

Qualifications

  • Legal to work in the United States.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in branded Hotels.
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, Project Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role managing complex IT projects from initiation through completion.
  • Strong systems knowledge and demonstrated ability to manage multiple technology-related projects and priorities.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and/or PMBOK.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Highly detail-oriented, self-directed, organized, and capable of maintaining accurate project documentation.
  • Ability to clearly communicate project status, priorities, risks, and next steps to Senior Leadership.
  • Creative and innovative problem solver with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications are a plus.
