Mission Systems IT Analyst
Core Responsibilities
- Independently manage daily administration tasks with direct operational impact.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems and mission-essential software.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system-level issues in fast-paced operational environments.
- Work closely with cybersecurity teams to ensure adherence to DoD IA and security requirements.
- Configure and maintain customer-furnished IT systems, user accounts, and access controls.
- Provide system operation, restoration, and configuration assistance to end users.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, configuration guides, and system documentation.
- Apply stringent IA policies during C4ISR service delivery and mission support.
- Manage system configurations and recommend upgrades to ADP equipment.
- Participate in special projects, operational exercises, and periodic shift work.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of related experience OR a Master’s Degree with 8 years of related experience.
- Current TS/SCI clearance.
- Security+ certification (DoD 8570 IAT Level II).
- Experience supporting Air Force ISR operations and related systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Solutions Architect training.
- Prior experience supporting Air Force ISR units.
- Network+ and Server+ certifications.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
