About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the customer experience at our hospitality venues. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote events and initiatives.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality management.
  • Proven ability to manage staff effectively and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
