TARCES Computer User Support Specialist: Multiple Levels

About the role

Torch Technologies is seeking a TARCES Computer User Support Specialist to support the Tactical and Remote Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) Edge Systems (TARCES).

Responsibilities

• Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate computer hardware and software systems
• Install, configure, and support operating systems, electronic mail systems, and office productivity software
• Provide technical support and resolve system-related issues to ensure operational efficiency
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or updates as needed
• Support users with hardware, software, and system functionality issues

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active Secret/clearance is required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field OR Associate degree in computer science, IT, or a related field with 4+ years of related experience OR High School diploma with 6+ years of related experience

Skills

• Technical proficiency with computer hardware and software systems
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

$41,000 - $145,000 (Hiring at multiple levels)
