TARCES Network and Computer Systems Administrator: Multiple Levels

About the role

Torch Technologies is seeking a Network and Computer Systems Administrator to support the Tactical and Remote Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) Edge Systems (TARCES).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain LANs, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers
• Monitor system performance and ensure availability and integrity of network, hardware, and server resources
• Review system logs, verify completion of backups, and troubleshoot system issues as needed
• Manage software installations, upgrades, and software licensing activities
• Analyze network and server utilization and support user access management
• Support network planning, coordination, and integration activities for data communications systems

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active Secret/clearance is required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT, or a related field
• Associate degree in computer science or IT, or a related field with 4+ years of related experience
• High School diploma with 6+ years of related experience

Skills

• Strong knowledge of networking and computer systems administration
• Experience with LANs, operating systems, and server management
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Knowledge of software installations, upgrades, and licensing
• Experience with network planning and integration

Pay

$68,000 - $142,000 (Hiring at multiple levels)
