About the role
Torch Technologies is seeking a TARCES Training and Development Specialist to support the Tactical and Remote Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) Edge Systems (TARCES).
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational performance.
- Assess organizational training needs and identify skill gaps.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Develop training materials and support resources to ensure consistent learning outcomes.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active Secret/clearance is required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field with 3+ years of related experience
- Associate degree in business or a related field with 7+ years of related experience
- High School diploma with 9+ years of related experience
