TARCES Management Analyst: Multiple Levels

About the role

Torch Technologies is seeking a TARCES Management Analyst to support the Tactical and Remote Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) Edge Systems (TARCES).

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
• Design and refine systems, procedures, and workflows, including work simplification and measurement studies.
• Develop and maintain operations and procedures manuals to support management decision-making.
• Track program and project status, schedules, and performance milestones.
• Apply established policies and procedures to support financial planning and reporting activities.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active Secret clearance is required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field OR Associate degree in business or a related field with 4+ years of related experience OR High School diploma with 6+ years of related experience

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies

$52,000 - $131,000 (Hiring at multiple levels)
