TARCES Information Security Analyst: Multiple Levels

About the role

Torch Technologies is seeking a TARCES Information Security Analyst to support the Tactical and Remote Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) Edge Systems (TARCES).

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect networks, systems, and information.
• Assess system vulnerabilities and support development of risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure appropriate security controls are in place to safeguard digital infrastructure and sensitive data.
• Support security monitoring, incident response, and resolution of cybersecurity threats or breaches.
• Evaluate system security and recommend improvements to enhance protection and compliance.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active Secret/clearance is required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field OR Associate degree in computer science, IT, or a related field with 4+ years of related experience OR High School diploma with 6+ years of related experience

Skills

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
• Experience with network security and vulnerability assessment tools
• Ability to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Pay

$65,000 - $176,000 (Hiring at multiple levels)
